The Journey of Self Through the Yoke of Yoga is a four-part experiential masterclass designed to guide participants through a progressive exploration of awareness, breath, sound, and movement.

Each session introduces a different form of yoga that supports self-discovery while cultivating a deeper relationship between the mind, body, and breath.

The word yoga originates from the Sanskrit root “yuj,” meaning to yoke or unite – the integration of mind, body, and awareness. This series is designed to embody that union through practical experience, reflection, and guided practice.

Participants will explore restorative practices, breath awareness, vibrational sound work, and intentional movement. Each class builds upon the previous session, gradually deepening the participant’s ability to listen inward, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate presence.
