Zoe Gibbs is a wellness entrepreneur, facilitator and founder of Thirteen, a conscious community discovery and booking platform designed to connect people with facilitators, transformative experiences, retreats, events and intentional spaces.

Her professional journey spans more than 18 years across beauty, client care and entrepreneurship. After building a long-standing career in the beauty industry, Zoe founded her own business, Lipbrowlash, in 2018. Her work with clients sparked a deeper interest in confidence, self-connection and the many ways people seek support beyond traditional beauty and wellness models.

That curiosity evolved into a personal and professional exploration of holistic wellbeing. Zoe trained in sound healing and Reiki, began facilitating sound journeys, and went on to host retreats and wellbeing experiences in the UK and France. These experiences gave her a close-up view of both sides of the wellness industry: the people searching for meaningful support and the facilitators trying to make their work visible, accessible and sustainable.

Thirteen grew from that gap. Rather than creating another social platform, Zoe is building a more intentional way for people to discover wellness based on what they need, how they feel and the type of experience or connection they are seeking.

Her work sits at the intersection of wellness, entrepreneurship, technology and community. Through Brainz Magazine, Zoe explores purpose-led business, conscious growth, authentic connection, wellness discovery and what it takes to build a platform and brand from lived experience
