Zalayka found her true calling at just 18. Experiencing her first ever Bikram Yoga class awoke something deep inside her, she recogised that she is not the victim of her circumstance, she is the Heroine that was born from it. Ever since she lost her father at age 6 from alcoholism, Zalayka always wondered what life would be like if normally parented. Alas, not having a paternal figure gave her this unprecedented freedom in connecting with others in an effortless fashion. She believes if her late Father had seemed yoga he would been more content with his abundance and would of found hope from the Universe, stemming from within. Yoga has allowed Zalayka to channel compassionate leadership, easily forgiving mistakes as there is no 'perfect yoga posture'. each of us have imperfections that we learn and appreciate over time. As time is our best friend and our biggest influence. It allows us to self reflect as does yoga. She wants to travel the world and practice yoga in the most unexpected places to show everyone that yoga does not need to be attained under such rigour like a yoga mat, yoga studio, yoga body etc. literally anyone, anywhere can do yoga is they have breath, body and mind to move along with it. there are no limits, no expectations no promblem, only a flexible mindset to achieve the best.
