Yosi Kossowsky
Executive Behavioral Leadership Coach
Yosi Kossowsky, PCC, EIA, is an executive behavioral leadership coach. He works with VP+ technical and functional leaders who have mastered their domain and are now being asked to lead beyond it.
Yosi did not start out in this work. He spent his first fifteen years in technology, running global networks and designing broadcast systems across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Around 2005, feedback made something clear. His technical ability was intuitive. His ability to understand, influence, and motivate people was not. He knew what good leadership looked like. He had no idea how to turn it into behavior.
That gap sent him into behavioral neuroscience and emotional wellness therapy, studied on vacation time over five years. At Cisco he moved from technology engineering into leadership development, running coaching and team programs in more than a dozen countries. He later served as Senior Director of Talent Management and then as Chief Technology and Strategy Officer, where he confirmed that human development was the work he wanted.
Yosi now has more than 16 years of coaching experience and has coached over 300 leaders across Fortune 500, mid-market, and startup organizations in the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. His clients span technology, healthcare, financial services, energy, manufacturing, media, and professional services, from first-line managers to the C-suite.
His approach is grounded in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and curiosity. Rather than building awareness that never becomes behavior, he helps clients build a personalized leadership operating system that holds up under pressure.
Yosi holds the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation, and Senior Practitioner accreditation from EMCC Global.
