Communications Coach

I am Yahyaa Jassat, husband to an incredibly supportive and high-performing wife, father to three energetic children and a proud scout leader to over twenty young people.

As a Project Manager in both the private and corporate sector, the best experiences, and occasionally the most challenging ones, were the interactions and relationships I had had with stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues. These relationships are what led to the epiphany that these very stakeholders, suppliers and colleagues are all people and people are integral to the success or failure of a vision or goal.

It was time to put my degree in English to beneficial use and so I had invested considerable time and resources in training my project teams in the art of communication, resulting in a team equipped with the skills needed to leverage and influence positive change.

I founded EloQore in 2024, a Communications Coaching offer for budding professionals, career climbers and executives seeking the opportunity to exhibit presence, influence and subject matter expertise anchored by a framework built on articulation, situational awareness, mindfulness and collective accountability.

Since September 2024, I have had the honour of empowering non-native English-speaking clients navigate the specific communication barriers standing between them and a leadership role. I have coached clients on the importance of culture-building, watching individuals shift from a blame-culture into owning collective accountability.

Outside of the professional domain, I oversee the strategic direction of a local scouts group, offering my experience in consulting towards scaling the groups outreach into the wider community.
