Amber White

Oral-Systemic Health Educator & Mentor

Amber White is an Oral-Systemic Health Educator, Mentor, Biological Dental Hygienist, and thought leader dedicated to advancing a more integrated approach to healthcare. Her work focuses on helping practitioners and patients understand the critical connection between oral health and whole-body wellness, bridging the gap between biological dentistry, root-cause healing, airway health, nervous system regulation, mineral balance, and chronic disease.

As the founder of Beyond the Mouth™ and Beyond Dentistry Collective™, Amber educates and mentors healthcare professionals seeking to expand their understanding of oral-systemic health and deliver more comprehensive patient care. Through practitioner training, mentorship, speaking engagements, and educational programs, she is helping shape a new generation of clinicians who recognize the profound impact oral health has on overall well-being.

Amber is a Biological Dental Hygienist, Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, HTMA Expert Certified Practitioner, Certified Hormone Coach, and graduate of the American College of Integrative Medicine and Dentistry. She has served as a facilitator and trainer for BioDentist Way and is an Executive Contributor for Brainz Magazine and contributor to RDH Magazine. Her work is centered on advancing oral-systemic education, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping practitioners think beyond symptoms to uncover the deeper factors influencing health.

Known for her ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable strategies, Amber is passionate about empowering both practitioners and patients to think differently about health, healing, and prevention. Through education, mentorship, and thought leadership, she is leading a global movement to redefine healthcare through an oral-systemic lens.

At the core of her work is the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal when we honor the interconnectedness of its systems and create the conditions for health to thrive.
