Tolulope Olabintan

Medical Director and CEO

Dr. Tolulope Olabintan, affectionately known as Dr. O, is a triple board-certified physician in Family Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Lifestyle Medicine, a USCIS Civil Surgeon, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. With nearly two decades of experience, she brings clinical expertise, compassion, and a whole-person approach to helping people live long and well.
 
Dr. Olabintan is the Co-Founder and Medical Director of Livingspring Family Medical Center in Mansfield, Texas, a wellness-centered practice where she combines lifestyle medicine, compassionate care, and data-driven medical practice. She is passionate about helping patients understand that quality of life matters as much as longevity and sees her work as an opportunity to support healing of the body, mind, and spirit.
 
Her professional journey includes Family Medicine residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Jamaica Hospital, where she served as Chief Resident, and a Women’s Health/Surgical Obstetrics Fellowship at St. Francis Hospital. She is an HIV Specialist through the American Academy of HIV Medicine and currently serves as a Texas Academy of Family Physicians delegate and Membership Ambassador for the Association of Nigerian Physicians in the Americas. She is also an Associate Professor at the Burnett School of Medicine, where she mentors and teaches future physicians.
 
Beyond clinical medicine, Dr. Olabintan is a speaker, coach, writer, and thought leader. As lead coach at Livingspring Transformational Coaching, she supports healthcare professionals and community leaders in wellness, leadership, and impact. Through speaking, writing, and digital health education, she makes complex health concepts accessible and actionable. Her work is grounded in faith, service, and a desire to help people fulfill their God-given purpose.
