Teresa Green grew up in poverty on a council estate, surrounded by crime and violence, which shaped her early belief system. As a teenager, she turned to drugs as a coping mechanism, leading to a relationship with a controlling and abusive man involved in drug trafficking. After six years of addiction and domestic violence, Teresa was arrested and sent to prison. Viewing this as a second chance, she found healing through exercise, learning, art, and energy healing.Upon her release, Teresa began a career in the fitness industry, helping countless individuals transform their lives. After a decade, she sought further growth and moved to Asia, where a near-death experience prompted her to explore holistic healing. Unable to find a diagnosis and wary of medication, she immersed herself in neuroplasticity, energy psychology, and holistic practices, successfully healing herself without medication.This profound experience led Teresa to develop an alchemical blueprint for inner transformation, combining neuroplasticity techniques, energy psychology, and holistic therapies. Her approach works with the mind, heart, and body to rewire limiting beliefs, transmute dense energetic emotions, and visualise a higher state of being. Techniques vary based on client goals and include metaphysical visualisation, affirmations, subconscious mind prompting, reframing, guided meditations, and energy healing using light codes and frequencies.Teresa’s career expanded to include roles as an energy healer, life coach, teacher, and NLP practitioner. She has empowered clients to heal, regain self-worth, and align with their highest selves.
