Tania Willis

Leadership Coach and Facilitator

Tania Willis is a leadership coach, facilitator and founder of Advantage Coaching & Consulting. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, she works with new and emerging leaders across Australia and internationally to help them build confidence, step into their leadership identity and lead with clarity, credibility and impact. 

With more than 30 years of professional experience, including two decades in senior leadership roles within the Australian university sector, Tania brings both strategic insight and lived leadership experience to her work. She has led complex teams and developed leadership, wellbeing and crisis response programs and services supporting staff and students both in residential life and across the broader university community. 

Following the COVID period, Tania stepped away from her senior leadership role to retrain as a leadership coach and establish Advantage Coaching & Consulting, bringing together her leadership experience and coaching expertise to support leaders navigating the realities of leadership. Her coaching approach integrates neuroscience, strengths-based coaching, positive psychology and intercultural leadership development to help leaders build self-awareness, confidence and authentic leadership capability. 

Tania also serves as President of the Australasia Charter Chapter of the International Coaching Federation, supporting the development of the coaching profession across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Canberra, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 35 years, family and friends, exploring galleries, singing and sewing. Their home is also shared with a loyal, yet temperamental Chihuahua, Lulu, and a mischievous black cat, Mike, who ensures life never becomes too serious.
