Sukhdev Benning is a mentor, teacher, and founder whose work centers on one question: how do people find their way back to their best state, again and again, in the middle of real life? For more than 14 years, Sukhdev has mentored people in flow states, heart coherence, and presence-based personal development. His approach treats flow as a return rather than an achievement. Instead of chasing peak experiences, his clients learn practical ways to notice when they have drifted and come back to clarity, calm, and focus. His work draws on somatic awareness and long-standing contemplative traditions, translated into practices that fit a working day.He is the founder of Flow Mastery, which offers 1:1 mentoring, courses, and a 30-day meditation program built to help people who already do inner work carry it into their relationships, careers, and creative lives.

He is now extending that work to athletes and high performers who rely on getting into the zone under pressure. Sukhdev's perspective is shaped by practice across very different fields. He is an AI systems architect and software consultant, and serves as CTO of JRNY, a streaming platform for music creators. He is also a recording artist who has released five albums under the name Sookz since 2016. Moving between engineering, music, and mentoring has given him a practical understanding of how focus and flow work in both technical and creative settings.Based in Montreal, Sukhdev writes about flow, presence, heart coherence, and how to live with more focus and aliveness in a fast-moving, technology-driven world.
