Stephanie Geraci

Psychotherapist & Yoga Instructor

Stephanie Geraci is a Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario, Certified Canadian Counsellor of Canada, and Clinical Supervisor who has been at the forefront of mental health and crisis intervention since 2011. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, they have built a career grounded in evidence-based practice and a deep understanding of human resilience. Since entering clinical practice in 2016, they have dedicated themselves to supporting youth, families, adults, and couples through a unique, multi-dimensional lens.

What sets Stephanie apart is the seamless integration of clinical psychotherapy with somatic and energetic healing. A yoga practitioner since 2015, they have completed over 1,000 hours of specialized training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative styles, learning alongside some of the most influential figures in the Greater Toronto Area’s yoga community. As a Level 3 Reiki practitioner, they further enhance the therapeutic process through sound baths, guided meditation, and energy work, helping clients bridge the gap between cognitive understanding and bodily release.

In addition to clinical work, Stephanie is an active researcher exploring the modern frontiers of intimacy. Their current research examines the rise of AI companionships—including AI-driven romantic relationships—and their subsequent impact on emotional intelligence and public safety. This work reflects a commitment to understanding how evolving technology reshapes the landscape of human connection and mental health.

A third-generation Canadian with Sicilian roots, Stephanie brings a rich cultural perspective and a deep appreciation for nature and family to their practice. When not in the clinic or the studio, they can be found horseback riding, hiking, or enjoying quiet moments with their pets and a good book. They are currently available for clinical supervision, private yoga and energy sessions, and holistic coaching.
