Sonia Azizian
Speaker, Founder & Permission Coach
Sonia Azizian is a speaker, entrepreneur, transformation strategist, and Permission Coach. She is the founder of SoniaSpeaks, Create Your Way, and Land to Legacy, and the creator of WOW (World of Wayfinders) and Live the Life You Imagine: 8 Weeks to Infinite Possibilities. With more than 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship and real estate, Sonia has built her career around helping people recognize possibilities, challenge limiting beliefs, and create lives that are intentional, meaningful, and uniquely their own. Sonia earned a BA in Economics and Asian American Studies from UCLA, bringing an analytical and entrepreneurial foundation to her work in real estate, wealth creation, and personal transformation.
A #1 bestselling co-author with Lisa Nichols of Unbreakable Spirit: Rising Above the Impossible and lifelong student of personal transformation, Sonia draws from Buddhist principles, science, and lived experience in her approach to growth and possibility. Her work is shaped by decades of Buddhist practice, including the principle of honninmyo—the understanding that while we cannot change the past, we can choose our actions and create a new direction from this moment forward. She sees personal transformation as an inner, human revolution that becomes most powerful when faith, practical strategy, and action are in alignment. Her Live the Life You Imagine program describes this approach as rooted in Buddhist principles, supported by science, and shaped by lived experience.
Through SoniaSpeaks, Sonia brings these ideas to audiences through speaking, workshops, conversations, and transformational experiences. As a Permission Coach, she helps people give themselves permission to honor their truth, rethink what they believe is possible, and move from living by default to living by design.
Through Create Your Way, Sonia developed Live the Life You Imagine: 8 Weeks to Infinite Possibilities, an eight-week transformational program designed to help people reconnect with their inner knowing, examine the thoughts and beliefs shaping their reality, and take aligned action without becoming attached to a specific outcome. The program reflects Sonia's belief that people are not broken or behind—they simply need the clarity, confidence, and permission to create differently. Being in alignment with their higher selves can manifest their wildest dreams.
Sonia is also the creator of WOW (World of Wayfinders), a community designed for people who want ongoing support, coaching, connection, and practical tools as they consciously create their lives.
An emerging theme across Sonia's work is her "2 But Not 2" philosophy, which challenges either/or thinking and explores what becomes possible when seemingly opposing truths can coexist. This philosophy shows up in her writing, speaking, coaching, and upcoming book, Being BI.
Sonia's work also extends into wealth creation through Land to Legacy, where she draws on her decades of real estate experience to educate others about long-term wealth creation through land banking and thinking differently about financial possibility.
Whether she is speaking about personal transformation, leadership, reinvention, identity, possibility, or wealth creation, Sonia's message is ultimately the same: you don't have to choose between who you are and who you want to become. You are born to be happy, and you can always Create Your Way.
