Shalonda Anderson Brown

African American Female Visionary | Businesswoman

Shalonda Anderson Brown was born Shalonda Christine Anderson. She was born to the late great Charles William Anderson of Buckingham, VA and Ernestine Bullock Anderson of Henderson , NC. Shalonda Anderson Brown grew up in a nuclear family. She was always inquisitive and displayed high levels of intelligence at an early age. She was selected to skip kindergarten but her principal did not allow this to occur. Nonetheless, she excelled academically throughout elementary school and secondary education.
 
She attended Fayetteville State University and obtained a BA degree in English Literature and Language with a minor in Sociology where she graduated with honors. She returned to Fayetteville State University for graduate school and obtained a Master of Social Work and proceeded to graduate with honors.
 
In 2012 , she started her career in mental health by working as an Associate Professional in Intensive In -Home Services. In 2013, she began her career in Childware as a Foster Career Social Worker. She remained in the field until 2019, when she transitioned to Community Mental Health for adults working as an ACTT therapist. She worked in this capacity until 2021.
 
In 2021, she became an outpatient therapist until 2026. In 2026, she launched S.A.B. Coperations.
