Sergiu Metgher is a technology leader and entrepreneur known for driving large-scale digital transformation and enabling cross-border innovation. As the Founder and CEO of ReignCode and several related ventures, he has overseen the development of advanced enterprise systems used by both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups around the world. His work consistently modernizes legacy infrastructures, embedding automation, data intelligence, and resilient architectures across a wide range of industries.

A key milestone in his career is his long-term collaboration with one of Germany’s largest financial advisory groups, where he served as an external strategic technology partner. For several years, he led the delivery of mission-critical platforms by providing and managing high-performing engineering teams from his companies. The systems developed under his direction now support more than 8 million users and workflows tied to over €200 billion in assets, significantly strengthening the organization’s digital foundations and improving scalability, security, and operational continuity across its national ecosystem.

At ReignCode, Metgher also spearheaded the creation of SourceMate PIM, an enterprise-grade Product Information Management platform that powers major European B2B marketplaces. Today, it coordinates millions of SKUs and enables more than $10 million in annual turnover, setting new standards in data governance, automation, and product-ecosystem reliability for both retail and wholesale commerce.

Beyond his commercial ventures, Metgher launched several educational and innovation initiatives that have helped more than 200 professionals with non-technical backgrounds transition into careers in software development. These programs broaden access to digital skills and expand economic opportunity across international markets.

He is currently pursuing a PhD in International Law, focusing on the intersection of artificial intelligence, business ethics, and digital regulation. His research explores how policy frameworks can support responsible innovation while enabling global scale for technology-driven enterprises, continuing his mission to align technology, law, and leadership in shaping the future of digital transformation.
