Sera Gray
Intuitive AuDHD Coach
Sera Gray is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Intuitive AuDHD Coach, neurodivergent advocate, and founder of Wild Lotus Therapy & Wild Lotus Coaching. She has built a 20-year career out of doing what most people won't: identifying what's broken, refusing to accept it, and building something better. She created and managed the first universal screening program for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders at one of the largest OB/GYN clinics in Northern Arizona.
She has led trainings for healthcare providers, nonprofits, and community organizations on postpartum depression, perinatal loss, and trauma-informed, neuro-inclusive care, and is a graduate of the Arizona Healthcare Association Executive Leadership Program, where she served on the Public Policy and Political Action Committees. A late-diagnosed AuDHD clinician, survivor of domestic violence and postpartum depression, and mother to neurodivergent kids, Sera specializes in supporting perimenopausal women with ADHD and/or autism who are exhausted from masking and ready to reclaim their lives.
Her approach blends clinical expertise with somatic practices, nervous system regulation, depth psychology, dreamwork, and art.
She holds a BSW from Northern Arizona University, an MSW from Simmons University, and a certification in Depth Psychology and Dreamwork. A fierce advocate for disability rights and neurodivergent kids in schools, she has presented at the Arizona ACDA Student Symposium and served on expert panels on neurodivergence and mental health.
In 2026 she was a panelist at the Neurodiversion Conference in Austin, Texas for "Hormones Gone Rogue: A Neurodivergent Survival Panel (Bring Snacks. We're Sweating and Laugh-Crying.)"
She is a published writer in Authority Magazine and has appeared on the ADHD Peri Punks and Unboxing Careers podcasts. Sera is a writer, an artist, a lover of forests, and someone who will make you believe that big, messy, beautiful change is absolutely possible.
