Sabah Khan
Fulfillment & Performance Coach for High Achievers
Sabah Khan is a Fulfillment & Performance Coach known for her work with high achievers who look successful on the outside but feel disconnected, depleted, or quietly unfulfilled within. She focuses on the inner cost of sustained achievement and helps leaders align external success with clarity, wellbeing, and meaning but without sacrificing health, identity, or purpose.
Her work addresses the pressures faced by high-performing professionals, executives, and leaders who have mastered achievement but struggle with burnout, misalignment, or the feeling that success alone is no longer enough. Rather than optimizing productivity, she works at the level of identity, decision-making, and emotional alignment to support sustainable performance and long-term fulfillment.
Sabah is also a Tony Robbins trainer and brings a grounded, human-centered perspective to leadership and performance. She is the author of the forthcoming book Beyond Achievement, which examines why traditional models of success often fail high performers and how fulfillment must be intentionally designed from the inside out.
Through her writing, coaching, and speaking, she challenges cultural narratives around success and invites high achievers to redefine what it means to truly thrive
