A mother of two beautiful daughters, an Indian by blood and residing in the ever visionary and passionate city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
However she was separated from her kids over the last 3 years due to her mental disorder issue - Being Bipolar and suffered for over 10 years. Sharing an unstable environment where everyone walks on eggshells due to her extreme mood swings, mind medication and on and off psychosis was not healthy for them. It also takes a toll of the caretaker who is not equipped to handle mental instability as NO ONE talks about it or completely ignores it. She made it her personal goal to get back to a life where she is now meds free and has taken complete responsibility over her health. She personally believes that she was made to go through a tough life with her mental journey in order to be a voice to the hidden, silent and suffering souls who are afraid to share their pain and mental suffering of depression, anxiety, paranoia, trauma etc. She took up neuroscience lessons and launched her brain health online coaching www.whatboutme.com . She challenged her learnings on neuro plasticity and up bike rider lessons, secured her UAE bike license and got her first ever bike. This proved to her that rewiring of her brain was possible and she is back to make a difference to her own life, inspire others and show my daughters, nothing is impossible to those who dream with the right intentions.
