Ron Harris, MBA, CFEI, MBE, is the founder and CEO of Financial Literacy Group and the author of Hybrid Financial Arbitrage: A Real-World Guide for Working-Class Americans. A graduate of the University of Essex in the United Kingdom, Ron has spent more than two decades developing financial and marketing strategies for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, including work with Union Bank of California, Prudential, and the Dial Corporation. For the past several years, he has focused exclusively on financial education for everyday Americans, developing the Hybrid Financial Arbitrage strategy — a combination of debt-optimization technology and institutional-style life insurance that allows working families to access wealth-building structures historically reserved for banks and the ultra-wealthy. Ron has traveled across the United States and to more than forty countries studying the structural causes of wealth disparity. He is a Certified Financial Educator and a regular speaker on financial literacy and economic empowerment.
