Robyn Gretz, the founder, and CEO of Alder Counseling and Consulting, is a Mental Health and Wellness Therapist, Advocate, Educator, Consultant, and Coach. She specializes in helping women "who've tried everything" gain a sense of purpose and meaning that leads to personal and relational growth through values clarification, stages of change, motivation for transformation, and the Enneagram. This personality system explains how we see the world, our individual and relationship patterns and provides a blueprint for personal development. Robyn uses her personal and professional experiences as a mother, disability advocate, Autism and ADHD specialist, and special education teacher to inform her practices and allow for greater authenticity and connection with her clients.
