Renée Ambarees Isermann is the founder of Yoga4Face® and Leadership4Presence, an international bestselling author, keynote speaker, and developer of a structured four-step method that connects face, body, breath, voice, nervous system, communication, leadership, and professional presence. With 22 years in competitive sports, 15 years in corporate life at Allianz Group, and more than 35 years of lived body wisdom, Renée understands performance, pressure, resilience, and reinvention from the inside. After rebuilding her own body from head to toe and navigating the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, she created Yoga4Face® in 2017 as a professional methodology that goes far beyond facial gymnastics or beauty.

Yoga4Face® helps people understand the face as part of the whole body — revealing how stress, emotion, posture, breath, voice, and nervous system patterns show up before a single word is spoken.
