Certified EQ-i 2.0 Practitioner
Rada is a Certified EQ-i 2.0 Practitioner and Master’s student in counselling, passionate about helping people develop emotional intelligence skills to navigate today’s fast-changing world. While technologies and speed dominate our lives, it is ultimately us—our mindsets, emotional breadth, and awareness—that process the world. Rada’s life journey, both professional and personal, has shown her that adaptability and flexibility are essential for surviving and thriving. Born and raised in Eastern Europe and having lived in four different countries, she has gained a unique lens to appreciate cultural differences while focusing on our universal human experiences, such as emotions.
Drawing on experience in employment counselling, teaching, and her academic training, Rada helps individuals, professionals, and teams strengthen self-awareness, emotional regulation, and decision-making to navigate life’s daily challenges and stressful moments. She is often guided by the adage “Name it to tame it,” emphasizing the importance of EQ assessments to uncover emotional patterns and take action.
Through her writing, workshops, and practice, Rada shares research-informed, practical tools to empower readers to understand themselves better, build resilience, and make choices aligned with their values and goals.
