Yoga teacher

Rachel Jarmusz is a young stroke survivor, experiencing her stroke at 25. 15 years later she is a 500 hour registered yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance and a level 1 sound healer completed this year in India. With over 1,000 yoga teaching hours completed, Rachel hopes to unite the yoga community with as many brain injury communities teaching “stroke yoga”- A specific program blending various styles of yofa geared toward all brain injury survivors taught by brain injury survivors. She is a lifelong sadhu practicing for her own physical and mental health, exploring a new world of Iyengar yoga with teachers worldwide.
