Pavel Belan

Pavel Belan is the founder of the international business advisory firm, with a business degree in Accountancy from Queensland University of Technology in Brisbane, Australia and 13 years of experience in international corporate finance, banking solutions, accounting and family enterprise. He genuinely enjoys building corporate structures and finding the best options for companies to operate in the most tax-efficient, legal and secure way while protecting assets from the unpredictable turbulence of the modern world.
 
From 2011 to 2024, he's come a long way after holding a number of finance roles in Australia. Progressing from assistant accountant to group accountant, he became the Head of Finance at Firebird Tours, a multinational tour operator.
 
In 2018, he started a one-man team consultancy that has now evolved into BELANS —The International Business Advisory Firm which provides high-quality business services in the most beneficial jurisdictions from Europe to Asia.
 
In 2020, he co-founded Dynamics Security Solutions. A company that provides unique security role management solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations that deliver a significant license fee reduction without compromising the functionality.
 
Since graduation, he has progressed through local Australian businesses to listed and multinational companies and currently holds an interest in lucrative businesses, both technological and in the real sector. As a client, he has experienced many business service providers, advisors, accountants, and auditors and found that the majority, with a few exceptions, only tick some of his boxes.
 
He created BELANS to help like-minded entrepreneurs build anti-fragile structures and preserve generational wealth.
