Nedjma Sitadevi Belaid is a Liberation teacher, writer & speaker whose work explores relationships, emotional mastery and what it takes to remain fully yourself while deeply connected to others. She is the founder of With Kind Awareness and the creator of a growing body of Liberation Work grounded in the belief that we shouldn’t have to choose between freedom and belonging.

Before entering the personal development field, Nedjma spent more than a decade as a pharmacist. Her own search to better understand her inner and relational world led her into more than a decade of study across human behavior, personal transformation and spiritual traditions. Her multidisciplinary training includes neurolinguistic programming (NLP), clinical hypnotherapy with a specialization in alchemical hypnotherapy, brain-based coaching, yogic philosophy and shamanic practice. She later became a Tony Robbins Results Coach, coaching hundreds of people and completing more than 2,500 coaching sessions.

Today, Nedjma brings together analytical inquiry, lived experience and transformational practice in the Liberation Work she teaches. Her frameworks include the 5-Pointed Star Path and the Sacred Undressing Journey, which explore the conditioning, wounds, identities and protective strategies that can shape how people feel, relate and live.

Rather than teaching people simply how to manage themselves or their relationships better, her work invites them to turn the lens inward, develop greater emotional and self-mastery, undress what is no longer true, and reclaim more of who they are. The ultimate invitation is to become more Aligned & Turned On: fully alive, increasingly aligned with who they truly are, and able to participate deeply in relationships and life without abandoning themselves in the process.
