Coach Talat is a certified nutritionist, transformation coach, and software engineer who helps people achieve sustainable fat loss, better health, and a stronger relationship with food. His passion for nutrition began from personal experience after struggling with being overweight himself. Instead of following extreme diets, he started testing, learning, and applying different nutrition and fitness strategies on his own body first, which helped him build a realistic approach to long-term transformation.

Today, Coach Talat combines his personal journey, professional nutrition education, and analytical background as a software engineer to create structured, practical, and easy-to-follow coaching systems. He is the founder of the 21-Day Transformation Challenge, an online program designed to help people lose fat, improve their habits, stay active, and enjoy food without feeling restricted.

He also combines his passion for healthy cooking with his love for desserts, creating healthier alternatives to popular and viral recipes. His goal is to show people that they can still enjoy the foods they love, including sweets, while making smarter choices that support their health and transformation goals.

His coaching style focuses on evidence-based meal planning, fitness guidance, habit building, accountability, and community support. Through his challenges, online coaching, and social media platforms, he supports Arabic-speaking communities across Europe and the Middle East, especially busy people who want real results without complicated or extreme dieting.

Coach Talat’s mission is to make healthy living realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable. He believes that transformation is not only about losing weight, but also about building confidence, improving energy, understanding food better, and creating habits that can last for life.
