Mimi Fernandis is a Mindvalley certified life coach and USIDHR Certified Human Rights Consultant, with a long experience in relationship management and professional coaching. She is the founder of Sifted Moon, a coaching practice, dedicated to guide clients understand and overcome perceived and biased limiting emotions, such as fear, shame, guilt, judgement, self-doubt, low self-esteem and self-sabotage, that are preventing them navigate through challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Good thoughts, good words and good deeds and the values they encompass are the core principles of her everyday life and practice. She believes that understanding, embracing, and enjoying the value of life itself is a fundamental and universal right in each existence. Freedom, individuality, self-love, self-awareness, and self-worth are the foundations of discovering our purpose and contributing to the collective. Yet the human mind is so clouded by fears, misconceptions, cultural restrictions, and limited beliefs, that facing life's critical and complex situations impact them traumatically.
