Melanie Carr

Neurodiversity (ADHD & AuDHD) Coach & Advocate

Melanie Carr is an accredited neurodiversity coach, and founder of Diverse Perspectives Ltd and True Orbit Collective, a pioneering membership platform designed to support ADHD and AuDHD adults as well as emerging neurodivergent coaches. Based in Kent, UK but working globally via Zoom, Melanie combines ADHD coaching with lived experience to create a dignified, empowering alternative to one-size-fits-all support.

After years navigating the challenges of misdiagnosis, masking, and burnout, Melanie developed True Orbit Collective as a space where neurodivergent individuals can access community, coaching, and courses without pressure to conform. Her mission is simple yet radical: to help people find their own rhythm, honour their truth, and build practical strategies that actually work for their brains.

Through her one-to-one sessions, group experiences, and resources like the Regulate & Reset Challenge, Melanie offers accessible tools rooted in neuroscience, compassion, and creativity. Along with coaching, Melanie aims to contribute to resources that spotlight the lived realities of neurodivergence, workplace inclusion, and systemic reform.
