Matt Ninness is an Australian entrepreneur, business strategist, business coach and founder focused on helping people build better businesses.

As the founder of The Business Cartel, Matt works with entrepreneurs and business owners across the startup, build and growth stages, helping them develop the strategy, commercial foundations and systems required to create sustainable businesses. His work covers business strategy, sales and marketing, operational systems, financial management, leadership and personal accountability.

Matt is also the founder of Idea to Launch, a practical business education and coaching program designed for aspiring founders who have an idea but have not yet launched. The program helps participants move from concept to execution by providing a structured framework for validating an idea, developing an offer, understanding the market, creating a go-to-market strategy and building the foundations of a real business.
