Mario Almanzar is an Accountant, Tax Strategist, and Business Advisor and the founder of Maxscale Accounting, a Florida-based accounting firm serving small businesses throughout the United States.

Originally from the Dominican Republic and now based in South Florida, Mario built his career around a simple belief: accounting should do far more than satisfy tax authorities and lenders. When used correctly, accounting becomes one of the most powerful decision-making tools available to business owners.

Through Maxscale Accounting, Mario helps entrepreneurs and growing companies transform their financial information into actionable insights that improve profitability, cash flow, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. Mario holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Colorado State University Global and maintains multiple professional credentials and certifications, including Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Payroll certifications. He continues to pursue advanced tax education and professional development with the goal of expanding the strategic value he provides to business owners.
