With over 20 years of experience leading organizational change in major corporate transformations, she empowers individuals and teams to find answers themselves and embrace change.

Originally from Martinique, a French Caribbean island, Marielle spent half her life in Montréal, Quebec, and some years in France. She now lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. Therefore, she guides her clients through changes in their personal and professional lives in Canada's two official languages, English and French.
