I am the rhythm of the universe.

Writing this short biography has been an immensely cathartic experience for me. Not only has it created space for me to reflect on my life and career, it has given me the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the divine orchestration that has led me to this point. This point being, the creation of my profile for Brainz Magazine, and embracing the beautiful opportunity to compose and author articles for its expansive readership because I have founded my own business. I now successfully help people across the world gain new perspectives, healing, empowerment, and transformation by creatively combining spirituality and leadership to provide holistic services and coaching that go beyond the traditional.

So when I’m asked how I got here, I won’t distort the truth and throw out a million success stories all with the aim to appease my ego and convince you I am somehow more special than you. It’s certainly been more subtle than ‘guru on top of the mountain’ vibes. In fact, it’s been a story of overcoming insecurity and deep vulnerability.

For several years, as I advanced my career, I didn’t feel good enough. I certainly didn’t feel confident enough, and yet I found myself being spoken about in rooms that I hadn’t yet entered. I found myself in situations that I hadn’t conceived possible, and life far exceeded my own expectations time and again. Why? Because underneath the insecurities bad experiences had conditioned me to feel, and underneath the vulnerability of feeling as though I was ‘pretending’ to be the person I was outwardly projecting, there was a higher, unseen power at play. And it all stemmed from me quietly believing in more, and quietly believing in myself.

I believed and felt that I was destined for something better, and I courageously believed I was actually enough to be all I dared to dream despite my insecurities and vulnerabilities. I actively chose every day to do more, and be more. It wasn’t until a few years ago that I realised the power of that simple ability to believe in more had orchestrated and manifested the continuation of my journey and my success. That realisation thrust me into the spiritual and metaphysical domain, where I experienced deep transformation that opened my eyes to a world of prosperity I’d once only seen in ‘fairytales’ or those ‘impossible to reach places.’

Midway through my corporate career, I found myself in a high-pressure situation. With zero experience in systems development, I was suddenly co-creating a bespoke system that had the potential to transform hundreds of people’s lives. The ripple effect of that was immense, and I certainly understood the gravity of it. So I jumped in feet first, and I fell multiple times, hoping no one would notice they’d clearly got the wrong person for the job, right? Three years later, we were rolling out this new, bespoke, universally unique system to our engineering teams across the UK, and I was at the forefront of it. I had become an integral, respected part of it—despite the fact I spent every day paddling underwater, ‘pretending’ I was good enough to be a part of this, let alone embody with confidence the integral part of it I had actually become. I was suddenly a subject matter expert, a trainer, coach, mentor, a specification writer, a presenter, an agile systems tester, project manager, leader of people—the list goes on. I developed and grew at lightning speed. This initiative had propelled me forward into a vast array of skills and expertise, and every day I was learning and getting better. And yet within, all I felt was stress and discomfort. It all just felt so taxing and demanding. I definitely reached layers of burnout throughout this experience because, although I believed, truthfully, in the shadows of my deep self, I was riddled with fear that everyone would uncover me as a fraud. I forgot every day to remind myself that I was doing it—and not only that, I was doing it incredibly well.

You guessed it, I was deeply immersed in imposter syndrome. And for a time, it didn’t matter how often I was told I was doing it well, or how the results spoke for themselves. I simply didn’t feel successful, worthy, or indeed capable of the very thing I was achieving every day. To believe is one thing, to feel that belief is entirely another—and I cannot emphasise enough that the difference between those two beliefs is the key to abundant wellness and mental health.

So this is where I can now authentically and proudly talk about my success. The above being the slightest insight into how and why I got here, yet enough for me to say now I feel successful within! I don’t just look successful. I don’t just act successful. I embody success, and I deeply feel successful—and that, for me, is the personification of absolute success. It’s worth more than any leadership award—yes, I have one catching dust somewhere. It’s worth more than any pay rise—yes, I achieved a 318% increase in less than a decade. It’s more than any job title—yes, I made my way up the traditional ladder. It’s worth everything, because now I know I can literally do anything. I exist beyond the range of limits, and life is far more spectacular than I could ever really put into words.

Why? Because I understand the power of manifestation, and I healed all the parts of me that kept me small, so that I may take up my place in this world and live in deep alignment with the rhythm of the universe and all abundance. Not only that, I found out that being in alignment with the embodiment of success attracts more and greater success. So now I exist in a perpetual cycle of success, which is riches beyond any monetary value. And once you understand this rhythm, and understand this energy, you too can elevate and multiply your own success in the world and be far more than you ever dreamed possible.

I am deeply motivated by my own journey because I learned a thousand lessons that hold immense value to others. You are the success story. You are the currency of all abundance. And you are so worthy, beautiful soul.
