Mariah Tuffy, MSW, is the founder of Fertility Support Now, a coaching and education platform which offers personalized support, guidance, tools and resources to people navigating the practical, physical, emotional, and relational aspects of fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, and sexual health. She specializes in helping clients uncover and address the root causes of fertility challenges and recurrent pregnancy loss, as well as providing guidance for natural and IVF conception, especially for women over 35. Mariah earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Eckerd College. She has over 20 years of experience in reproductive health across seven countries and three languages (English, Spanish, and proficient in Portuguese). She has developed mental health and sex education curricula, built mentor programs, and led international fertility and sexuality initiatives, plus experience in psychiatric hospitals and schools.
 
Her and her husband have been on their own intense fertility journey for over three years, which has involved three pregnancy losses, four rounds of IVF, multiple fertility programs, and more doctors, tests, procedures, injections, blood draws, treatments, protocols, supplements, and extreme lifestyle shifts that you can count. Beyond the physical toll, there have been exorbitant costs, mental health struggles, and relationship hardships as well.
 
Somehow in the midst of it all, she has kept her hope alive and turned her pain into purpose and wants to help others do the same. She is here to walk with others who are on this path. She is available to share her knowledge, guidance, and loving support, so that you can go from feeling confused, overwhelmed and alone to clarity, calm and connection on your unique fertility journey.
