Lucia Petrusova is a leadership transformation expert, executive coach, and founder of Lutencia, where she works with leaders and entrepreneurs to transform the subconscious patterns behind how they lead, decide, and perform.

Before founding Lutencia, Lucia spent 20 years in the corporate world, primarily within international banking, working in operational excellence, transformation, and complex corporate environments. Her experience gave her an inside view of leadership under pressure and of the limits of strategy when the person behind the strategy remains unchanged.

Today, her work bridges leadership, human behavior, and the subconscious mind. Rather than focusing only on visible behaviors, Lucia works at the root: the beliefs, emotional patterns, internal standards, and subconscious programming that influence leadership long before a conscious decision is made.

She combines her corporate background with expertise in Rapid Transformational Therapy®, NLP, coaching, and subconscious transformation. Her work explores themes including executive presence, identity, high performance, overcontrol, leadership standards, emotional capacity, and the invisible patterns that can keep even highly successful people operating from survival rather than choice.
