Lori Cox is an experienced business and technology leader, entrepreneur, and founder of Phoenix Arbor whose work explores the intersection of meaningful success, wellbeing, resilience, and human potential.

Over more than 20 years, Lori has built a career spanning entrepreneurship, marketing, business development, revenue leadership, and technology. She founded and grew Red Dragon Marketing before its acquisition in 2019 and later held senior leadership roles in fast-moving business and technology environments. Along the way, her own experience with burnout and reinvention prompted a deeper question: What if succeeding in our work and caring for ourselves were never meant to be opposing choices?

That question led Lori to study and practice Ayurveda, meditation, wellbeing coaching, and behavior change, and ultimately to found Phoenix Arbor. She is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a certified Ayurveda Instructor and Meditation Instructor through Chopra Global, and holds an Executive MBA from Saint Mary's University.

Today, Lori leads a team of practitioners at Phoenix Arbor who develop and deliver wellbeing and leadership experiences designed to help people create greater clarity, resilience, alignment, and sustainable change. Her own writing and speaking explore resilience beyond grit, sustainable ambition, the wisdom we can learn from nature, and the human capacities that become increasingly important as technology and AI accelerate our lives.

Rather than offering another formula for how people should live, Lori's work helps create the awareness and space to see more clearly, reconnect with what matters, and make more intentional choices about what comes next.
