Lisa Taylor is a business development professional, entrepreneur, podcast host, and confidence coach with a passion for helping women build lives and businesses that align with who they truly are. With over 20 years in corporate sales and leadership, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset rooted in community, wellness, and personal growth, Lisa brings a unique perspective to business and confidence-building.
Over the years, she has supported countless women through networking, mentorship, wellness education, and entrepreneurship — including serving as Director of H.U.B Inc Durham, a women’s networking organization, from 2017–2020. She also co-owns A New Shine Cleaning alongside her daughter, while continuing to inspire women through her coaching brand, Glowing Confidence.
Lisa is also the host of the podcast Turn The Lens Inward, where, from her own personal experience, she supports parents navigating the challenges of teenage and young adult children struggling with mental health and addiction.
Through honest conversations and personal insight, she encourages parents to build self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier family relationships.
She is passionate about supporting local businesses, building meaningful connections, and helping women step into greater confidence, purpose, and possibility.
