Through The Simple Setup HQ, Lace works with founders and experienced professionals to simplify the business they are building, make sensible decisions about technology and create digital foundations around the work they actually want to do.
 
She also brings that experience to The Flavor Room™, where she works alongside Sutton C. McCraney to create experiences, resources and systems that support Black and Brown founders and leaders in building visibility, stability and meaningful businesses.
 
Lace has spent more than a decade building businesses online, learning many of the lessons the hard way. Her approach is practical, thoughtful and decidedly uninterested in making business more complicated than it needs to be.
 
She writes, teaches and speaks about business design, technology, visibility, digital products and building businesses that leave room for an actual human life.
