Hi, I'm kroy (The Gay AuDHD Counsellor), an openly gay Autistic, ADHD and Dyslexic counsellor who knows what it's like to be different in a challenging world I also experience RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria) I celebrate and champion neurodivergence and support the challenges faced by us living in a neurotypical world. You may have a diagnosis, or you may just be wanting to explore the possibility of being neurodivergent.

Do you feel like bright lights or noises are overwhelming, stressful or uncomfortable? Do you get anxious or upset of unfamiliar situations, are hobbies becoming an obsession, do you think the same thing over and over again maybe you may want to consider if you are neurodivergent like me.

My practice is inclusive and welcomes everybody, I offer support to all LGBTQIA+ clients and those seeking support in understand their sexuality, gender issues or relationship styles including transgender issues. I have a unique take on relationship styles and what this means for you as person.
