Klara Goldy

Somatic Pain Release Practice

Klara Goldy is the founder of The Wild Herbalist and a somatic pain release practitioner working at the intersection of inner life, nervous system regulation, and human environments. Her work explores how unresolved pain, stress, and lived experience are held within the body’s awareness — and how these inner patterns shape the way people live, work, relate, and lead.

Drawing on years of close, relational work with individuals and organizations, Klara brings a systems-aware and embodied approach to transformation. Her practice is non-invasive and works primarily off the body, supporting release through presence, attention, and nervous system regulation rather than physical manipulation, performance, or force.

Through The Wild Herbalist, she offers education and embodied practices that support sustainable change. Her work incorporates vibrational plant essences and essential oils as sensory and energetic allies, supporting somatic release and deeper attunement to the body’s own intelligence without direct physical intervention.

Alongside her practice, Klara writes and thinks in public, reflecting on leadership, responsibility, space, and the quieter inner life that underpins meaningful transformation. Her work is grounded in the belief that when inner environments are tended with care and honesty, outer lives reorganize with greater coherence, integrity, and resilience.
