With experience of leading businesses from the brink of administration to achieving million £ EBITDA's year on year, Kirsten is not just an Accountant, she's a business advisor with a passion for helping Business Owner's see their own potential and support them in achieving it.
 
The number of privately owned business owners that she met, who struggled to understand their financial numbers, making decisions on the fly in the hope it was the right one, while being burnt out to a crisp due to stress and chaos within the business - was staggering.
 
Kirsten founded The Advisory Effect to reduce this.
To help business owners to leverage their business financials and ensure only value adding processes and structure are in play. Providing business owners with the peace of mind they need and a supporting hand to unlock further business potential. Business owners are an expert in their field, but often find themselves a master of all trades due to the chaotic nature of small business life - it doesn't have to be this way. The Advisory Effect provides business owners with clarity, direction and insight in order for their business to thrive - to grow, to be sold or frankly give business owners their life back!
 
Kirsten's mission is to reduce the number of UK Business Owners (Sole trader - SME) that consider returning to employment daily and giving up on that dream they once had.
