Kilian started his career as a Coach in the USA where he helped leaders and teams with performance and personal development plans.

Economics in Rome and MBA in Paris, he can speak fluently (and coach you in) five languages: French, Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
In sales and project management for 20 years he started 4 companies and loves adventure travelling. Touring alone the whole South America on a moto bike, hammock and small backpack has been one of his memorable trips.
Went close to bankruptcy on some occasions.

Kilian provides mental and emotional clean-up for entrepreneurs, team leaders and athletes willing to take leadership, people management and performances to another level.

Light handed straight shooter he challenges you, in a 12 sessions coaching program, to define an objective at each meeting helping you design a personal development plan he will hold you accountable for.

Kilian is fun to work with, seeking laughter whenever appropriate. On a side note he went close to a leg amputation after a car accident: while in bed, on a wheelchair or crutches for 3 years, coaching knocked at his door.
