Kiara Monique Hargrove
Pro Skateboarder/CEO
Kiara Hargrove, better known as “Kiki,” is a skateboarder, entrepreneur, and creative leader from Victorville, California whose impact reaches far beyond the skatepark. Since stepping onto the skate scene in 2010, Kiki built a name for herself through determination, originality, and resilience, becoming one of the only female skateboarders representing her city at the time. What began as a personal passion quickly evolved into a platform that would inspire skaters, creatives, and young entrepreneurs around the world.
Over the past fifteen years, Kiki has continued to push boundaries through competitive skating, content creation, brand development, and community engagement. Her fearless style and authentic voice have helped her stand out in a culture where individuality matters, allowing her to connect with people both inside and outside of skateboarding. Whether she is filming clips, competing in contests, mentoring others, or building new opportunities, Kiki remains dedicated to elevating the culture and creating space for the next generation.
Beyond skateboarding, Kiki is the CEO and founder of 1004 Skateboards, an independent skateboard brand built on creativity, authenticity, and self-expression. Through the company, she leads a growing team that includes Pat Anthony, Mishpat Jaquez, J2 West-Green, Lando Davis, and Kate Dillon, all contributing their own unique energy to the movement. Her leadership has helped transform the brand into more than just a skateboard company—it represents community, ambition, and the freedom to be unapologetically yourself.
Kiki is also a graduate of University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where she earned a degree in Computer Science, proving her ability to balance academics, business, and athletics at a high level. Through her journey, she continues to inspire people worldwide by showing that passion, discipline, and vision can open doors far beyond expectations.
