Kathryn Elliott is one of Australia’s leading specialist alcohol and binge drinking coaches for high-functioning professionals and has clients across the globe including the USA, Canada, Japan, India, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Australia.
After being a binge drinker for over 30 years, Kathryn reaccessed her own relationship with alcohol and has been living alcohol-free since July 2019. Through her tailored one-on-one breakthrough coaching programs, she helps others change their relationship with alcohol to lead more engaged and productive lives.
Kathryn is the founder of SipSmart, a program of corporate workshops and webinars designed to highlight the impact of alcohol on health and workplace culture while promoting inclusive practices.
She is also a member of the consumer advisory committee for Hello Sunday Morning and has been featured in the Voices For Change campaign by the Foundation for Alcohol Research & Education (FARE) in Australia.
Living in Melbourne with her three teenage sons—Oscar, Tom, and Hugo—and their cocker spaniel, Ralph, Kathryn is passionate about empowering individuals and organizations to rethink their approach to alcohol.
