Kat is the Founder of Reignite and an ICF-trained coach (Level 1 ACC, Bailey & Balfour) with 18 years of global corporate experience. She arrived in the UK at 18 without speaking English and built her career from cleaning jobs to leading international programmes worth over $77 million. Her journey shaped a clear belief: potential is universal — but confidence and opportunity are not.

After years inside high-performance corporate environments, Kat saw how capable women shrink after career breaks and how young people from limited-resource backgrounds underestimate their own capacity. Reignite was created to disrupt that pattern.

Her work focuses on rebuilding confidence, strengthening identity, and equipping individuals with the clarity and strategy to move decisively. She challenges women returning to work to stop playing small. She empowers young people to see that background does not determine trajectory. Through coaching, structured programmes, and thought leadership, Kat advocates for reinvention without apology — and careers built on courage rather than circumstance.
