Unfortunately circumstances have placed barriers to development of her business at every single step towards progress. I’m currently at the point fully ready to launch and no access to funding.Not only no access to funding, rejected assistance from start-up loans, rejected assistance from universal credit and any additional benefit help by having my UC cut by nearly £700 and refused to help for childcare first payment. The business was fully self funded and its initial stages up to around December 2024.After finishing employment from maternity leave November 2024, I’ve had no form of income since September 2024. I spent months creating a diverse, inclusive, sustainable and adaptable business which has hit its hardest challenge so far…. Funding; reason being to the recent decline in my personal finances.My whole life I've had to fight for everything even for what people are generally entitled to nothing has been easy so resilliance is something I'm used to. This only makes me more determined to succeed. whilst all the barriers placed upon me I continued to mate and look for opportunities. This drive managed to sec my place into a private members group Rathbones, meet and calloborate with suppliers across the world, hold the UC to account for deformation and become accepted into the Brainz worldwide magazine.
