Dr. Julia Sen: Author, Speaker, and Parenting Evolutionist
Dr. Julia Sen is a South Asian Canadian mom of two adult daughters, an author, and a lifelong student of the human heart. With a PhD in psychology and over 30 years of clinical experience, Julia has transitioned from the traditional therapy room to the global stage, dedicated to helping parents break unhelpful generational patterns and lead with rhythm so our children feel understood.
The Heart of Her Work
Julia believes that as our world rapidly changes our parenting also needs to evolve. Her mission is to create spaces where parents feel supported and children thrive. She is getting ready to launch her newest program Supported – a non-judgmental sanctuary for proactive parents ready to shift from "adults know best" to parenting so our children feel understood.
Julia is also the founder of The IBY (I Believe in You) League™, a thriving community for South Asian moms who are rewriting the script – rising in their careers and raising confident children without the hustle or the guilt. You can explore the IBY League™ at drjuliasen.com/iby
In the meantime, and to get updates on Supported, register below for her free mini-course, The Habit of Heart® – a simple yet transformative practice designed to build security and belonging within ourselves and our children so we can parent with greater ease. Beyond the Bio
When she isn’t leading workshops or engaging in meaningful conversations, Julia is likely "stepping out of the box." Her latest joy? Blending her deep understanding of human relationships with the magic of rhythm as a DJ and sound meditation guide, Julia delivers immersive journeys that help others rediscover their own beat.
Let’s Connect & Collaborate
Whether you’re looking for a transformative speaker, a soulful podcast guest, or a collaborator who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo, Julia would love to hear from you.
