John Dellinger and Josef McNeal are long time sneakerheads with a passion for individuality and self expression. Growing up, John and Josef were inspired by hip hop culture to create their own identities through their love of music, streetwear and sneakers. Their goal in creating Collection Plate is to inspire others to stand out from the crowd by using high fashion, avant garde sneakers and streetwear to paint their identity. John and Josef are dedicated to building a community of confident, self assured individuals that share a passion for sneakers and streetwear culture. Their motto: IDENTITY OVER CONFORMITY.
