As a single mother of four young children, Jo faced immense challenges, including deep personal loss, trauma, and financial hardship. Jo has immersed herself in diverse and profound healing modalities, becoming a certified Master NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) & Hypnosis Practitioner, Regression Therapist, and expert in Results Coaching. Her extensive training equips her to help clients release unconscious patterns, heal from past trauma, and create meaningful, lasting change. Jo also holds a Permaculture Design Certificate and a Sustainable Aid Certification, reflecting her deep commitment to holistic well-being and environmental stewardship. Her passion for sustainability and conscious living is evident in her co-ownership of an organic farm, where she grows nutritional healing foods and fosters a deep connection to the earth.
