Jessica McKay, MBA, CIPM, is a Canadian strategy and governance advisor, entrepreneur, and thought leader who believes that understanding why organizations succeed or struggle requires looking beyond what is immediately visible.

As Founder of Visera Strategies Inc., she helps organizations navigate complexity, strengthen governance, and transform strategic vision into sustainable results. Her approach combines systems thinking, strategic foresight, and practical execution, grounded in the belief that meaningful progress begins by asking better questions and challenging established assumptions.
 
With professional experience spanning regulatory oversight, auditing, privacy governance, risk management, and project management, Jessica brings a multidisciplinary perspective to organizational challenges. She holds an MBA in International Business from Trinity Western University, is a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and holds a certificate in project management.
Beyond her advisory practice, Jessica is a board director, mentor, Rotarian, and community leader who champions youth development, inclusive leadership, and initiatives that create lasting community impact.
 
A keen observer of human behaviour and organizational dynamics, Jessica is particularly interested in the relationship between power, influence, integrity, and leadership. Through her Leadership Reflection Series, Power, Presence, and the Spaces In Between, she explores the unspoken dynamics that shape decisions, relationships, and institutional cultures.
