Jeremy Burleson is a motivational and keynote speaker whose message connects decades of leadership experience with a personal story of recovery, faith, and renewed purpose. Born and raised in Texas and now based in Oklahoma, he brings a straightforward Western voice to conversations about resilience, leadership, and overcoming adversity.

With more than 30 years in transportation, Jeremy’s background includes leadership roles with FedEx and XPO, regional safety management, national sales leadership, and general management in fleet services. Those experiences shaped his understanding of accountability, trust, and the responsibility leaders carry for the people they serve. His rodeo background adds lessons in preparation, perseverance, and getting back up after a hard fall.

In 2024, substance misuse nearly claimed Jeremy’s life. His journey of recovery gave new meaning to the subjects he speaks about today. He understands the difficulty of confronting setbacks, accepting help, and rebuilding a life one decision at a time. His Christian faith remains central to that journey and the hope he shares with others.

Jeremy is an ordained minister and founder of Burleson Cowboy Ministries. His service has included prison ministry and years of working with youth, experiences that inform his belief in the dignity and potential of every person.
Through keynote presentations and motivational talks, Jeremy helps audiences connect encouragement with action: leading with integrity, navigating change, facing adversity, and moving forward with purpose.
