Jen's path into wellness wasn't a straight line. After years of struggling with significant weight gain, chronic fatigue, and heavy metal toxicity, she made the decision to rebuild her life from the ground up—releasing over 100 pounds, leaving behind a corporate career, and stepping into entrepreneurship. That reset led her to a simple realization that has shaped everything since: the home we live in plays a direct role in how well we heal.

With 15+ years in the wellness space, Jen has built Homes That Heal™ into a trusted resource for people looking to create a healthier home and a healthier life. On the podcast, she sits down with experts across wellness, medicine, and design to unpack topics like EMF exposure, non-toxic living, home energetics, and nervous system support—always in plain, no-nonsense language.
